This case study had to illustrate the importance of personal protection insurance by telling the moving story of Jennifer Shoesmith, who was forced to sell her house after falling ill with breast cancer.  It was a delicate situation having to get Jennifer to relive a very upsetting part of her life, but she wanted to get her story out as a warning to other people.
